I had no idea I needed this. Used it to make a black Forrest Gateaux for a friend and fell in love with it. Fast delivery and really well packaged.
I don’t eat much curd or jam but a little of this with cream cheese is totally addictive. Couldn’t find it in local supermarkets after buying it on holiday in Cumbria but Thursday Cottage’s online service is excellent.

Made a Victoria sponge with this delightful curd and everyone said it was better than jam! Hard not to eat it out of the jar it’s that good.
