We use the Timperley Early variety and Australian root ginger for their excellent intense flavours.
Delicious spread on toast, crumpet or in the middle of muffins.
Our delicious jams are made from specially selected whole fruit and cooked in open pans.
Prepared with 46g of Rhubarb and 13g of Ginger per 100g
